REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel completely safe ordering Me'Oria.
PRE-ORDERS
Cancel anytime before dispatch for a full refund, no questions asked. Email hello@drinkmeoria.com to cancel.
AFTER DELIVERY
You have 14 days from receipt to return unopened, undamaged products for a full refund. This is in accordance with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Email hello@drinkmeoria.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. We will provide return instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@drinkmeoria.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
NON-REFUNDABLE
Opened or consumed products cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.
