Welcome to Me'Oria™. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. ABOUT US
Me'Oria™ is a company registered in Ireland. Contact: hello@drinkmeoria.com

2. PRODUCTS
Me'Oria is a food supplement in liquid form, classified under EU Directive 2002/46/EC. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Me'Oria is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

3. AGE RESTRICTION
You must be 18 years or older to purchase Me'Oria. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.

4. PRE-ORDERS
All orders placed before our initial shipping date (June 2026) are pre-orders. You will be notified by email before dispatch. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship within Ireland and internationally. Delivery rates are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be communicated by email. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Pre-orders: Cancel anytime before dispatch for a full refund.
After delivery: You have 14 days from receipt to return unopened products for a full refund, in accordance with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.

8. PRODUCT USE
Do not exceed one can per day. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, planning pregnancy, or taking medication. Store in a cool, dry place.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Me'Oria™ is a registered trademark. All website content, product formulations, and branding are are protected by Irish and international intellectual property law and Irish Patent Applications Office.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Me’Oria™️ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
